Frank was born in Victoria, Australia on January 05, 1902. He married Eileen McInerney in 1933, had two children, Kevin and Denis, and welcomed twelve much loved grandchildren. He will always be remembered by his friends and family as a man of great kindness, generosity, patience and love for those around him.
